It's a normal day , Nobita didnt do his homework , the teacher gave him a detention, Takeshi and
Suneo bullied him like always , Shizuka is disappointed at him and don'twant to talk to him.
Well, actually Nobita doesnt care too much about what happened to him today, because
it's just a normal day , it's part of his life and he's gotten used to it. After school, he ran
home, the first thing he did is looking for "Doraemon" his old pal, a cat-like robort who
always stand by his side and take care for him all the time.
[Doraemon where are you?]Nobita shout out.
no one answered him
[Doraemon?]Nobita wonder where is this robort cat, Doraemon promised to show him a
new future device today when he gets home, Nobita went to upstair and entered his room, [Here
you are, how come you didnt answer me when I was downstair] Nobita asked, Doraemon
sit next to the bookcase, and didn't have any reaction.
[what the...]Nobita try to wake doraemon up, but instead it's just nothing, Doraemon is broken,
unmoving like a stone. Nobita starts to get anxious about the situation now, his best friend is
borken? He cant believe this, he must do something.
[I need to go to future for help]Nobita said, he jumped in his drawer in the desk, oparated the
time machine and he's going to see Dorami in 22nd century, Doraemon's sister must know what's
wrong with his brother and they will fix him, and everything will
be back to normal.
The time Nobita arrived to Dorami's place it's around dinner time, Dorami and Nobita's grand
son Sawashi were having dinner in the living room.[wow, it's grandpa come join us] Sawashi said
with his happy face, [We got Mercury fish soup tonight, you will like it].
[really? wo I didn't even see this kind of fish be...oh! no]Nobata shaked his head [I came to for
help it's about doraemon, somehting's wrong with him]
[whats wrong with my brother?]Dorami asked anxiously. [He..he's like out of power or
something, he can't move,talk and everthing]Nobita said.
[Hum...I am afrid this is what I am worry about from a long time ago.]Sawashi's face became
very seriouse [We need to see Doraemon straight away!]
Nobaita took his grand son and Dorami back to his time-machine, on the way to time-machine
everybody was quiet, [I hope he is ok] Nobita said
[He will be ]Dorami and sawashi replied at same time, but their face still look worried.
After few minuns, they were in Nobita's place, Doraemon didn't move one inch everthing as same
as Nobita left this afternonn,Sawashi and Dorami started to
work, they check Doraemon's eye, open his back to check his power supply and chip, Nobita can't
help with anything so he just paced around and hoping Doraemon can be fixed
1 hour past, Dorami and Sawashi stopped and looks very sad, [Grandpa...I'm afrid...um..I
mean...oh God, Dorami you say it to him]Sawashi down his head and can't
look right to Nobita. [Nobita,we found out what the problem is but...we don't think we can fix it.]
Dorami said sadly.
[What???You guys must know something to help him I mean... ]Notabi's tears droped down
slowly [His Doraemon...I can't see him like this.]
[We are so sorry grandpa..I need to explain to you, the thing I ariend long time ago.]Sawashi said
[You see, Doraemon's ears was bitten off by mouse ]
[without the ears, Doraemon don't have any backup battries to power up.]Sawashi stared to
Dorami
[Yes..and of couse we can put the new battries on him,but the diffcult part is..we can't save his
memory.]Dorami shake her head softly.
[his meomry will be gone?None of them can be saved?]Notabi asked
[yes,and a robort model like Doraemon is too old...I don't think there is anyone who knows how
to slove this problem.]Sawashi said
[God...how could it happen..]Nobita's head went blank, after many years Doraemon gave and
taught him so many things, and what about Nobita himself?
he didn't change too much, maybe he gained more self-confidence and ideas of one's own, but he
relied on Doraemon too much, Doraemon is just a robot,
he will be broken eventually.[look!I found a letter in doraemon's poket]Dorami said
[give it to me]Nobita grab the letter from Drami's hand
To my best friend Nobita:
I feel some part of me are not right recently, please forgive me not to tell u about this, so I decide
to write you this letter. Nobita it's been a long time
from when I first met you, we have been through a lot, we did many things together, I am really
glad that you have improved since the first time I saw you,
but it's not good enough, you have to learn to be independent because someday maybe not too
far away in the future, I might be broken and can't be fixed , but whatever
happened to me, I hope you can keep up and be a successful man, maybe you will be the guy who
can fix me and when I wake up you will be the first person I see, haha
don't be too sad, I am happy that I can be your friend...I believe we will meet again in the future.

I think you made an impressive ending which I really liked. Unfortunately, Fujiko Fujio doesn't leave the real ending to Doraemon's fans. However, I saw so many versions of sorrowful endings where Nobita has been a vegetable and his life with Doraemon has just been an illusion. I like the way you write which made me want to keep on reading it. Doraemon came back from the future and used many fantastic magic tools to fix Nobita with braces. I thought Doraemon could be repaired by a new battery but when I read further and just realized that if they did so, Doraemon would lose all of his memory, which would be pretty sad, but I still liked the ending you made. If Nobita's life changes, he might not be so wimpish as he was, and he might try studying hard to be a scientist to fix Doraemon. Maybe next time you can try to write about the adventure Nobita and Doraemon went through together; it should make an interesting storyline. I am eagerly awaiting the next fanfic from you.
